Please note that we are a mixed billing practice and our fees are payable on the day of your consultation.
Bulk billing is available for gold DVA card holders. Pension concession card holders will be bulk billed on weekdays only, a fee will apply on weekends or public holidays. Surcharges apply. Where possible, the medicare rebate will be processed on site. For more information please contact our reception team.

Cancellation/Non-Attendance Policy.
We require 2 hours notice for all cancellations on the same day. If you can not attend your appointment please phone us to cancel so we can offer the appointment to another patient. Failure to give us the required notice or a NON ATTENDANCE will result in a $50 non attendance fee. If you have any cough, cold or flu-like symptoms, please wear a mask to your appointment.
